Keeping the diet healthy by using as much fresh fruit and vegetables would be a better option to go with.



The child should also develop the habit of eating meals at regular times and breakfast would be the most important one to eat.

 

Keeping to proper meal times will help the child condition the body to avoid unnecessary in-between snacks.
